10 Best Full Service Brokers in India 2024

I opened my first Demat account with ICICI Direct which is full full-service broker. I never used their advisory service because I do my own research for making an investment.

In 2022 I closed my ICICI Direct account as I was not using the account for so long. Currently, I have no Demat account with full service broker.

Full-service brokers impose higher brokerage fees, usually a percentage ranging from 0.1% to 0.5% of the transaction value. Whereas discount brokers charge a flat fee per trade regardless of the trade volume.

However, you can go with full-service brokers if you require value-added services like research advisory and trading tips.

Advantages of Full-Service brokers are:

  • Research Reports
  • Stock Trading Tips
  • Training for Trading
  • Access to a Dedicated Manager for Addressing Queries
  • Stock Recommendations
